goals. Our matchmaking process results in a quality relationship between our nannies and our families.
Our nannies have prior childcare experience and are familiar with the needs of the family. All of our nannies are subject
to a thorough background check as well as comprehensive reference checks.Our
standard background checks include:credit history, criminal history, driving record, sexual offender registry, social security
number verification, and a prior address verification. Our nannies, if requested, will be CPR certified.
To ensure the quality of our service, Nanny Connection only caters to families and nannies who live in Rhode Island and Southern
Massachusetts. There is absolutely no risk with our service! If Nanny Connection does not find your family the right
nanny, there is no charge. We provide a reliable service that is completely confidential and discrete.

Getting Started:

2. Once your application is completed, Nanny Connection will contact you to set up a free consultation.
3. Nanny Connection will conduct an in home meeting to evaluate your family's childcare needs.
4. Nanny Connection will then refer only nannies who meet your requirements.
5. Your family will then interview nannies until you agree on a nanny to retain.
6. Nanny Connection, will help your family establish a work agreement with the nanny.
7. Your family will enjoy the benefit of your new nanny.
