Refund Policy

Replacement Policy:           

      If the client finds the nanny to perform unsatisfactory, or if the nanny should resign within this 300 day period, then Nanny Connection LLC  will attempt to provide the client with a qualified replacement nanny as timely as possible, and according to the following schedule.  This policy is strictly for one replacement of the clients original nanny. 

 

      Schedule (based upon calendar days of the original nanny’s employment):

Ø       Up to the first 60 calendar days   No charge to the client.

Ø       From 61 to 120 calendar days     25% of original placement fee is due.

Ø       From 121 to 180 calendar days   45% of original placement fee is due.

Ø       From 181 to 240 calendar days   65% of original placement fee is due.

Ø      From 241 to 300 calendar days   85% of original placement fee is due.   

 

Credit Policy:

      If Nanny Connection LLC is unable to provide the client with a suitable replacement or if the client wishes to discontinue working with Nanny Connection in a search for a replacement, then the client must understand that the company will refund a percentage of the original placement fee paid as per the following:

 

Schedule (based upon calendar days of the original nanny’s employment):

Ø      Up to the first 30 calendar days         25% of original fee paid is refunded.

               Ø  From 31 to 60 calendar days            20% of original fee paid is refunded.
