We care about you as a nanny, we want to find a family that will match your needs. We take into account what you want. You decide how many children you would like to care for, amount of house work you desire and so forth. Unlike some agencies, we will meet in person for our interview to assess your needs. We will make sure we find the right family to match your abilities as a nanny.
Nanny Connection personally evaluates each family in their home to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment. We will provide you with a reliable and respectful family. Our families must maintain state regulations for wages and salaries. We will find the right family for you!
Nanny Connection will establish a written employment work agreement between families and nannies. This document is a clear understanding of what is expected of you as a nanny and also clearly indicates salary or hourly wage and any other benifits being offered to you by the family. This written work agreement is a very helpful tool in establishing expectations and in facilitating a good working relationship between families and nannies.
We provide our service on a personal, private, and professional basis. Nanny Connection is always available for consultation after a placement is made.
Nanny Selection Process
- Nanny completes application
- Nanny will undergo a thorough screening process including an in-person interview with Nanny Connection
- Nanny Connection will refer only quality nannies to families who appear to be a good match
- We will conduct Reference checks
- Nanny Connection will conduct a background investigation including, but not limited to: criminal history, credit history, driving record, sexual offender registry, social security number verification, and prior address verification
- Nanny Connection will help with establishing a written work agreement outlining the duties of the nanny and the family
- Family hires nanny
