As a referral agency, our goal is to unite nannies with families in need of quality in-home childcare. We take pride in our service and ensure long-term satisfaction for both our nannies and our families. We take the time to personally consult with each family in order to understand their special needs and desires. We also personally interview and evaluate each nanny in order understand their abilities and desires. We then match each family with a nanny who possesses the same goals. Our matchmaking process results in a quality relationship between our nannies and our families.
Our nannies have prior childcare experience and are familiar with the needs of the family. All of our nannies are subject to a thorough background check as well as comprehensive reference checks. Our standard background investigation include:credit history, criminal history, driving record, sexual offender registry, social security number verification, and a prior address verification. Our nannies, if requested, will be CPR certified.
Nannies can offer many great benefits to a family! Nannies provide quality childcare right in the comfort of your home. They offer more flexibility than a traditional daycare setting, including required: days, hours, and vacations. Nannies can be less expensive compared to daycare depending on the number of children you have enrolled in traditional daycare. Nannies are able to provide more personal services than a traditional daycare. For example: housekeeping, run errands, grocery shopping, laundry, children's doctors appointment, and the comfort of childcare right in your child’s own home.
To ensure the quality of our service, Nanny Connection only caters to families and nannies who live in Rhode Island. We provide a reliable service that is completely confidential and discrete. There is absolutely no risk with our service! If Nanny Connection does not find your family the right nanny, there is no charge.
How does the placement process work?
- Complete the “Family Application” below and email the application to Rachel@Nanny-Connection.com
- Once we receive your completed application, we will contact you to set up a free consultation. Nanny Connection will conduct an in home meeting to evaluate your family's childcare needs.
- Nanny Connection will then refer only nannies who meet your requirements. Your family will then interview nannies until you agree upon a nanny to retain.
- Nanny Connection will help your family establish a work agreement, outlining both the nanny and the family’s responsibilities to each other.
- Your family will enjoy the benefits of your new nanny.
**Please Note - Nanny Connection LLC is a nanny and childcare recruitment / referral agency established to provide parents with quality alternatives to traditional daycare settings. Nannies recruited, referred and hired will become employees of the families and not of Nanny Connection, LLC.
